In the future, all “bacony” flavored foods will be plant-based.

 

  1. Gently massage coconut oil and liquid smoke mixture to lightly coat shiitake mushrooms.
  2. Cover with savory spices like garlic, onion powder, dried basil, oregano, parsley and nuritional yeast powder.
  3. Bake at 300 F/ 175 C for about 30 minutes or dehydrate at 110 F/ 45 C overnight, or until crispy.
  4. Combine with potatoes or salad for a yummy topping!
