I have interviewed the top vegan athletes, chefs, and nutrition scientists in the world with Vegan Health & Fitness and worked with top beauty experts professionally as a model. In fact, I have become friends with many top athletes, chefs, scientists, and experts. I have unique access and insight on what the top people do to achieve their goals - and I will share their secrets with you! Eric has been strict vegan since 1996 and active in various sports his entire life. He is a nutrition and physiology researcher currently pursuing a doctoral degree in Exercise and Nutritional Sciences at Arizona State University. Eric is a certified strength and conditioning specialist (CSCS) as well as personal trainer (CPT) and a certified kettlebell instructor through StrongFirst - the gold standard in kettlebell training. He trains people from all walks of life from the weekend warrior looking to lose fat and add muscle, all the way up through professional athletes for sports performance.

My training style is intense and focused, and I would be best suited with clients who are interested in heavy lifting and/or plyometric style circuit training. My other health-related interests include vegan and gluten-free cooking and baking.
