I use an old school, barbell-strength-training style. These techniques have been around for hundreds of years for a reason. They work. Sadly, however, they have fallen out of vogue in the exercise world. I’ve brought back these old school techniques to be applied to the modern fitness enthusiast, adapted to the specific goals of the client. Another great thing about my training is that while I help people achieve a plethora of different goals, my focus on strength training (and your resulting fit appearance) is a great advertisement for veganism, demonstrating yet another aspect of fitness for which veganism works perfectly.
As a personal trainer I tailor each workout to ensure every client achieves their individual goals effectively. Whilst my preferred style of training is weight training, as an INSANITY instructor I also enjoy introducing Plyometrics and high intensity interval training. I work with a great variety of clients with goals ranging from weight-loss, to muscle-building, as well as sport specific goals and I work with each one passionately as if their goal were my own.
Currently in the midst of completing a plant-based nutrition course through eCornell and then will begin the Health Coach Training Program through the Institute for Integrative Nutrition. Specializes in physique transformations and show prep coaching.

I am a passionate, plant based Strength Coach that focuses on helping people realize their true potential and achieve their goals, I have developed expertise in the human body in terms of performance, health, strength and conditioning, aesthetics, and nutrition. I take a holistic approach regarding the lifestyle, nutrition, and training with my clients, my desire is to help all my clients to live a more fulfilled life. All health information is given by a vegan primary care physician. All martial arts instruction is given by a national and international champion. The kickboxing and wrestling styles that I teach are the ideal styles to learn for aspiring MMA athletes. Currently, I am creating a core group of wrestlers who are interested in bringing back real professional wrestling. Professional wrestling was real in the 1800’s and early 1900’s, the rules were simple, win by submission or pin. This style is called Catch Wrestling, it is the root of modern freestyle, folkstyle wrestling, and MMA. Women and men welcome, ages teen to adult. I can give nutrition, health, or fitness help online, but martial arts instruction online is very difficult.
Suzanna’s focus is on functional fitness for sports, life, or just plain well-being. She has worked with professional athletes, youth, and seniors (up to 86 years of age). She focuses on re-creating balance in the body, where it has been compromised by sports and lifestyle challenges, and preventing future overuse injuries and problems.
Suzanna uses kettlebells, Kamagon, TRX, BOSU, macebell and other functional equipment. She is an expert in plant-based nutrition and will help you with your nutrition for performance and weight loss. Suzanna is the author of “Tennis Fitness for the Love of it: a Mindful Approach to Fitness for Injury-Free Tennis” available worldwide, and the forthcoming “Athlete’s Simple Guide to Plant-Based Lifestyle”. She believes that everything is possible, with persistence and discipline.
