I became a health coach after overcoming my own life-long battle with sugar addition, diabetes, and obesity. I know what it takes to make a major life change! A vegetarian for over 30 years and a vegan for 5 years, I specialize in Vegan Nutrition, Sugar Addiction, Emotional Eating, and Weight Issues. I am happily anti-dietary dogma and fad-diet free.
Eric has been strict vegan since 1996 and active in various sports his entire life. He is currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in nutrition leading to becoming a registered dietitian. Eric holds many of the top certified personal training certifications including those through The National Strength and Conditioning Association and The National Academy of Sports Medicine, as well as the gold standard in kettlebell training certifications. He trains people from all walks of life from the weekend warrior looking to lose fat and add muscle, all the way up through professional athletes for sports performance.
My training style is intense and focused, and I would be best suited with clients who are interested in heavy lifting and/or plyometric style circuit training. My other health-related interests include vegan and gluten-free cooking and baking.
