For the Salad:
4 oz spring mix and/or baby arugula
4 or 5 (or more!) fresh strawberries, sliced
2 Tbs chopped pistachios
3 Tbs toasted walnuts, chopped
Zested strips from one orange
Toss all ingredients above together.
For the Chocolate-Strawberry Vinaigrette:
4 large strawberries, rough chopped
3 Tbs balsamic vinegar
2 Tbs agave nectar
2 Tbs raw cacao
1/2 medium avocado
1/4 tsp sea salt or to taste
Blend until smooth. Drizzle over top.
Place slices of strawberries on top.
