I work with a variety of clients in all stages of incorporating plant-based nutrition, from the flexitarian to the raw vegan. I also work with folks in all stages of athleticism, from newbie to professional. My focus is on personalized nutrition and lasting, sustainable health changes. I see many clients over email, phone and/or video chat.

Registered Dietitian with nutrition degrees from Penn State University and Loma Linda University, Past-Chair of Vegetarian Nutrition Group of the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics, Co-author of No Meat Athlete with Matt Frazier and Appetite For Reduction with Isa Moskowitz, Vegan since 1996
Athletic Accomplishments
3x solo finisher of Furnace Creek 508, a 500-mile non-stop bike race through Death Valley. 3x Iron-distance triathlon finisher, including Norseman, 'The World's Hardest Ironman' Many marathon, ultramarathon, 24-hr mountain bike race and double century finishes.
