Eric Bartholomae

Eric has been strict vegan since 1996 and active in various sports his entire life. He is a nutrition and physiology researcher currently pursuing a doctoral degree in Exercise and Nutritional Sciences at Arizona State University. Eric is a certified strength and conditioning specialist (CSCS) as well as personal trainer (CPT) and a certified kettlebell instructor through StrongFirst - the gold standard in kettlebell training. He trains people from all walks of life from the weekend warrior looking to lose fat and add muscle, all the way up through professional athletes for sports performance.

CSCS, NSCA-CPT, Strongfirst Level 2 Kettlebell Instructor (SFG2), Strongfirst Bodyweight (SFB) and Barbell (SFL) Instructor. CISSN, NASM - CPT, PES, CES. Currently a PhD student in ASU’s Exercise and Nutritional Sciences program.
Athletic Accomplishments
Brazilian Jiu Jitsu black belt under Dean Lister. Judo 3rd degree brown belt. Former muay thai and powerlifting competitor.
