This is a sweet dessert soup that is best chilled. The combination of honeydew and cucumber is refreshing and delightful.
1 organic honeydew melon
1 organic cucumber
3 cups pure water
few teaspoons of coconut nectar (optional) organic mint or dill garnish
Pour the water into the blender first, then add the melon and cucumber. Blend until smooth or desired consistency, then pour into serving bowl and enjoy!
Garnish with cucumber and mint or dill.
