Revive the typical fruit smoothie by adding fresh mint! You might just want to put mint in all your smoothies from now on.
1 1/2 cups unsweetened non-dairy milk
1/2 cup frozen banana
1/2 cups frozen blackberries
1 scoop vegan protein powder (optional)
8-10 springs of fresh mint
Dash of cinnamon
Blend all ingredients in a blender until smooth and no chunks remain. Serve immediately.
