I use an old school, barbell-strength-training style. These techniques have been around for hundreds of years for a reason. They work. Sadly, however, they have fallen out of vogue in the exercise world. I’ve brought back these old school techniques to be applied to the modern fitness enthusiast, adapted to the specific goals of the client. Another great thing about my training is that while I help people achieve a plethora of different goals, my focus on strength training (and your resulting fit appearance) is a great advertisement for veganism, demonstrating yet another aspect of fitness for which veganism works perfectly.
