- 1/2 cup gluten-free, organic rolled oats
- 1/2 cup water or organic plant milk (use more if needed/ desired)
- 1 Tbs organic flax meal
- 1 Tbs organic cocoa powder
- 1 tsp organic unsulphured black strap molasses
- 1 mashed banana
- Chopped organic strawberries (as many as you'd like)
- 1/4 cup raw organic chopped walnuts
- 1/4 tsp cinnamon
- Sprinkle with organic coconut flakes
