  • 1/2 cup gluten-free, organic rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup water or organic plant milk (use more if needed/ desired)
  • 1 Tbs organic flax meal
  • 1 Tbs organic cocoa powder
  • 1 tsp organic unsulphured black strap molasses
  • 1 mashed banana
  • Chopped organic strawberries (as many as you'd like)
  • 1/4 cup raw organic chopped walnuts
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon
  • Sprinkle with organic coconut flakes
