Karen Oxley is in charge of the Customer Service for Vegan Health & Fitness Magazine. We are so proud to have her because she is not only incredibly smart and skilled at getting things done, she genuinely cares about our readers and wants to make sure that everyone is happy. We are thrilled at the ideas that she comes up with to go above and beyond basic customer service on a regular basis. Karen has been working with us since early 2017.
You may remember Karen as our cover gal from Jan/Feb 2016. She posed with her fiancé, Robert Cheeke, who is a columnist for VHF. This was his third cover for VHF. Karen and Robert are proud parents to several fur babies--canine babies Benny (pictured below) and Ellie, and their feline sibling Penguin.
