I also offer customized meal plans, workout programs and online competition coaching to female clients all over the world.
I work with a variety of clients in all stages of incorporating plant-based nutrition, from the flexitarian to the raw vegan. I also work with folks in all stages of athleticism, from newbie to professional. My focus is on personalized nutrition and lasting, sustainable health changes.
