A vegetarian for over 30 years and a vegan for 5 years, I specialize in Vegan Nutrition, Sugar Addiction, Emotional Eating, and Weight Issues. I am happily anti-dietary dogma and fad-diet free.
Eric has been strict vegan since 1996 and active in various sports his entire life. He is a nutrition and physiology researcher currently pursuing a doctoral degree in Exercise and Nutritional Sciences at Arizona State University. Eric is a certified strength and conditioning specialist (CSCS) as well as personal trainer (CPT) and a certified kettlebell instructor through StrongFirst - the gold standard in kettlebell training. He trains people from all walks of life from the weekend warrior looking to lose fat and add muscle, all the way up through professional athletes for sports performance.
My training style is intense and focused, and I would be best suited with clients who are interested in heavy lifting and/or plyometric style circuit training. My other health-related interests include vegan and gluten-free cooking and baking.
