Suzanna’s focus is on functional fitness for sports, life, or just plain well-being. She has worked with professional athletes, youth, and seniors (up to 86 years of age). She focuses on re-creating balance in the body, where it has been compromised by sports and lifestyle challenges, and preventing future overuse injuries and problems.
Suzanna uses kettlebells, Kamagon, TRX, BOSU, macebell and other functional equipment. She is an expert in plant-based nutrition and will help you with your nutrition for performance and weight loss. Suzanna is the author of “Tennis Fitness for the Love of it: a Mindful Approach to Fitness for Injury-Free Tennis” available worldwide, and the forthcoming “Athlete’s Simple Guide to Plant-Based Lifestyle”. She believes that everything is possible, with persistence and discipline.

Wendy, a youth fitness specialist, spent the last 10 years consulting with schools and organizations in California, Florida, and New York, advising on curriculum development, conducting youth fitness workshops, coaching, and training children one-on-one or entire families. Now she spends most of her time as Director of the Coach for Kids Program ,WITS (Wellness in the Schools), is a non-profit organization, bringing trained coaches into public schools. Wendy has a private training studio in Manhattan where she assists clients with motor development, obesity, or sport specific issues.
BodyFuzion Transformation Center is a one-of-a-kind semi-private training facility. We specialize in Group Functional Training, Metabolic Conditioning, Weight Management & Plant-Based Nutrition. Workouts are in small groups of up to 5 persons at a time. Each workout is 45 minutes in length, consisting of compound, multi-joint movements designed to boost metabolism, burn body fat and build lean muscle.
I am passionate about helping to inspire others on their journey to a fitter and healthier lifestyle. My programs offer tools that can be applied long after a client has spent time with me. My goal is to keep my clients motivated in celebrating each and every accomplishment no matter how small. Most of my clients are remote so I can work with you from anywhere to help you reach your goals!
